Coin Making Ultimate Team Tips
Buy Low, Sell High
This is an extremely effective (yet sometimes unreliable) method to make money, however when used properly it can really reap the rewards. The best way to do this is to pick one player that you know well. Understand how much he actually sells for, not what people put him up for. Constantly check the market for this player and as soon as somebody puts the player up for less than his selling value snap him up and sell him for a little bit more.
Adding Value – Formation Cards
This is arguably one of the easiest methods. Basically, you buy a player as cheap as possible in any formation before adding on a 4-4-2 or 4-1-2-1-2 which you also bought for as cheap as possible. Due to the general lazy nature of people, these players in will go for a tidy profit – around 2k to 10k profit on each player depending on the rating and the deal. For example, at the time of writing Cabaye could be bought for around 900 coins, while a 4-1-2-1-2 card for 3-4k. When put together, the final product could sell for 7k, making a decent 3k profit every time.
Playing Matches
Although you may have come here with the intention of trading, it is worth me pointing out that playing matches is one of the best ultimate team tips now in Fifa 13 where players are finally rewarded generously for playing games. In ultimate team, you win bonuses of up to 10k for winning a title in seasons, meaning that once you win division one you will have accumulated at least 50k. Not bad at all!
59th Minute Method
While this is most certainly a washed up Fifa 11 method, there is certainly no doubting that it isn’t less effective. By trawling through the pages by hand or by using cheat engine (see youtube for a tutorial), you can scour the area around the 59th minute to pick up any bargains. Make note that you have a good understanding of the market before hand since note every card that appears will be a bargain.
In-Form Investing
As in-forms are only available in packs for a limited amount of time, obviously the number of a certain player that has had an IF card is going to decrease as time goes on. The price will be higher as the card is rarer so you can invest money in these cards when they are cheaper and there are more on the market, selling them when the price goes up.
Predicting the market
While this is not necessarily the most straight-forward tip to pick up and definitely a skill that needs learning, when perfected this method can prove very useful. For example, when a ‘team of the year’ is released the price of players will reduce dramatically. Many people will lose money if they make a new team soon after. However, if you play it smart you would sell your entire team shortly before the team of the year is released. When the price drops, you can then buy back your team and find yourself with a lot of spare cash left over
